No art skills needed.

No expectation to “get it right.”
Just a space to explore, express, and breathe.
I had an unexpected gift of being invited to ArtNSoul, this event included my son, his delightful lady friend, my grandson and myself. I had no way of knowing what to expect, but anything that has the word ART in it I know would be appealing. What I experienced was a journey into some remote portions of my being.
In this creative and well designed program, I found my thoughts wondering full tilt, to caverns within myself, nature, promises spoken and some realized and others not. The class participants were a mixed group of all ages, sexes, backgrounds and many other things that one could characterize, but none of that mattered! We revealed our thoughts, insights, feelings, imagination and realities to each other without hesitation or sensor. We had somehow been lifted out of the sense of self to being one, united and oh so different - simply having an afternoon of old fashioned fun with new found friends.
A truly amazing experience. I look forward to doing this again and bring along others who could use some “breaking out of the mould time”.
