Bringing ArtNSoul
Into the World

One of my primary missions is to partner with recovery centers, organizations, and community programs and offer transformational art-based experiences.

Designed to meet people exactly where they are, the work is curated to suit the needs of the community and includes creative expression, presence, sharing, and safe group connection.

Think expressive arts meets self-discovery

Where This Work Thrives

ArtNSoul is especially impactful in:

  • Recovery centers and sober living communities

  • Women’s shelters and supportive housing programs

  • Cancer support and health-based community spaces

  • Transitional housing for women and families

Wherever people are healing, growing, or rebuilding this work creates a space to reconnect to one’s voice and resilience.

What It Feels Like

Each group experience is designed with care based on who’s in the room and what’s most needed. The process is accessible, supports personal discovery and is never about performance.

Sessions may include:

  • Painting or collage

  • Guided imagery and writing

  • Music and movement

  • Mindfulness processes

  • Creative prompts for self-reflection

Participants don’t need any experience, just the willingness to explore. Every session offers space to breathe, create, and reflect individually and together.

Why It Matters

In environments where people are navigating transition or deep healing, ArtNSoul offers something many don’t realize they need:

  • A chance to feel safe being seen.

  • A way to connect with emotions without having to explain them.

  • A creative, nourishing pause in the middle of recovery and rebuilding.

This work helps people access their inner wisdom, honor their stories, and reconnect to a sense of possibility from wherever they are.

Participant Reflection

“In this creative and well-designed program, I found my thoughts wandering full tilt—to caverns within myself, nature, promises spoken and some realized, and others not. The participants were all ages, backgrounds, experiences—and none of that mattered. We revealed our insights, imagination, and realities to each other without hesitation. We were one—united, and oh so different.”

Let’s Co-Create Something That
Serves Your Community

Every group is different. That’s why each ArtNSoul offering is customized to the people in the room and shaped in real time through listening, intuition, and care.

We’ll design an experience that meets your community’s emotional landscape, supports your mission, and creates space for real connection, reflection, and creative self-expression.

Custom sessions available in-person in the Los Angeles area.
