A Bit About Me and My Approach

My work as a mentor/coach focuses on you reconnecting with your true nature where you easily and naturally access well-being, clarity, and creativity. I am here to support and mentor you in having more engagement and joy in all aspects of your life.

I have been exploring inner peace and transformation since I was 18 years old when I moved into an ashram to study meditation and remained there for close to a decade.

My formal training includes completing a three year Masters program in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis on Consciousness, Health, and Healing, studying with Master Coach Robert Holden, Coach for Life training and acquiring multiple coaching certifications along the way. From 2008-2016 I contributed to a series of workshops on Self Forgiveness held in prisons throughout California. From 2016-2020 I worked with Julia Cameron’s Artist Way processes and participated in Expressive Arts weekly classes.

Several years ago I was introduced to an understanding which profoundly impacted my life and re-ignited my awareness of the unlimited potential and well-being within. The beauty of this simple truth allows me to see the “inside out” nature of life and inspires sustainable change. Without having to learn any new tricks or have something else “to do”, this understanding allows me to share the benefits of a life lived with less stress and more fulfillment with my clients.

In June of 2020, 4 months into the pandemic, I received a cancer diagnosis that presented challenges and opportunities unlike any I had faced before. With the support of many and a constant open and curious approach to what life was offering, I have successfully completed treatment and am experiencing radiant health! This life changing encounter has given me a unique perspective, insights, and innovative information as well as inspired me to share this understanding with as many people as possible.

“Everything you need you already have. You are complete right now, you are a whole, total person, not an apprentice person on the way to someplace else.”
