Heart-Led Coaching & ArtNSoul

Experiences for Real Life, As It Is.

Curated Transformational Experiences for Meaningful Change.

Reconnect to your voice, your creativity, and your next chapter—through coaching, conversation, and a little bit of paint.

Welcome, I’m Jessie.

I support and gently guide people who are navigating change standing at the edge between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming or finding themselves in a moment of recalibration that’s asking for attention. This work is not about fixing yourself. It’s about reconnecting with the wisdom, strength, and resilience that already live within you.

We don’t do perfection here. We do curiosity, courage and possibly a little art.

Whether you're an everyday human quietly wondering, "Is this really it?", a family trying to break the cycle without breaking each other, a young adult faking adulthood with increasing exhaustion, or someone in recovery staring down a second chance—this is a space for real, unapologetic transformation.

My approach is intentionally curated and deeply personal. No two journeys look the same so the process meets you where you are. I draw from a variety of modalities, including expressive arts, reflection, conversation, and embodied practices to create a spacious, supportive container where innate strengths are revealed, resilience is remembered, and hidden corners of creativity are revealed.

Yes, we often make art.
No, you do not have to be “an artist.”

It’s not about the paint. It’s about the permission.

This is coaching meets creativity with intuition, and heart.

This isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about uncovering what’s already wise, wild, and waiting inside you.

My work centers on curated transformational experiences that invite you to slow down, listen inward, and engage your becoming with intention.

Through a thoughtful blend of conversation, expressive arts, reflection, and embodied practices, I support and gently guide people toward their deeper clarity, resilience, and self-trust. This isn’t about fixing yourself or striving to be someone new. It’s about creating the right conditions for insight, integration, and meaningful change to unfold naturally.

Color Outside the Lines of Your Old Life

The ArtNSoul Way

Let’s clear something up right away.

You do not need to be an artist.

You do not need experience, talent, or confidence with art.

Art is simply the doorway.

We use simple creative expression as a gentle, non-threatening way to access what already lives inside you. Insight. Awareness. Truth. Relief. Possibility.

Through art, conversation, and reflection, you begin to see

  • where you’ve been hard on yourself

  • where old judgments still live

  • where limiting beliefs quietly run the show

  • where your spark has been waiting patiently

People often say this work feels like therapy, but lighter.

More colorful. And surprisingly effective.

“Jessie is pure magic! She encourages and guides, always with fresh new ideas and materials; it feels as if it’s curated “just for me”. I find my voice, am reminded of my purpose. Together, with Jessie, I feel infinitely more alive and inspired to live my best life."

Ways To Work With Me

I offer a few thoughtfully designed ways to work together, each rooted in care, creativity, and meaningful change. No boring programs. No homework guilt. Just real connection, insight, and maybe a paint-splattered moment of clarity.

Choose the experience that feels like the right next step for you.

1:1 Coaching

Working with me 1:1 is a gentle but powerful return to yourself—no fixing, no faking, no performance required. Together, we untangle the old beliefs, quiet the inner critic, and tap into the part of you that already knows the way forward. Your inner GPS hasn’t failed—it’s just been drowned out. We’ll find it again, one honest, heart-centered conversation at a time.

I work with:

● Everyday humans facing everyday problems - The overthinkers, the quietly overwhelmed, the ones holding it together with duct tape and a decent playlist.

● Families ready to heal - Whether it's mother-daughter tension, generational patterns, or just wanting to break cycles without breaking each other.

● Young adults (18–25) Figuring out how to adult without losing themselves in the process.

● People in recovery - Rebuilding, rediscovering, and redefining what comes next.

● Folks in transition - Navigating the in-between spaces with curiosity, courage, and maybe a little creative chaos.

Coaching with me is like therapy’s cooler, more colorful cousin. You’ll leave with clarity, compassion, and maybe paint under your nails.

Frequently Asked Vibes: Answers to the Stuff Your Brain is Whispering at 3AM

  • Mostly: We get curious. Each session is a spacious, judgment-free zone.

We begin with checking in and slowing down enough to notice what you’re actually arriving with. We explore what’s showing up for you—patterns, blocks, hopes, fears—and start untangling what’s true from what’s noise.

From there, we follow what’s most alive and relevant, which might look like conversation, reflection, expressive arts, movement, time in nature, or a grounding practice.

What stays consistent is a supportive thoughtful space where insight can land, choices can shift, and you leave feeling more connected to yourself.

  • Perfect. What a great place to start!

You don’t need to have anything figured out just a willingness to explore and participate in the process. This work helps you gently peel back the layers of pressure, noise, and self-doubt until what you actually want starts to emerge.

If you’re open to reflection, creativity, and meaningful growth, this work is a great fit.

  • Great question—and honestly, it’s a little bit of everything and none of it in a box.

I’m not a licensed therapist, and this isn’t a traditional coaching program with goal spreadsheets and accountability charts. My work is heart-centered, intuitive, and creative. We use conversation, reflection, and expressive art as a way to access what’s already inside you—your wisdom, your voice, your spark.

The art isn’t the focus—it’s just the tool. What we’re really doing is helping you reconnect with your clarity, your courage, and your next chapter.

  • Only the good kind.

There’s a little magic in this work—but it’s grounded. No dogma, no incense-heavy cult energy. Just real, honest, heart-led experiences that help you reconnect with your truth. If “woo” means listening to your intuition and making space for creative exploration, then yes—we do that. And it works.

  • People work with me because I meet them exactly where they are without trying to fix, rush, or mold them into something they’re not. I bring deep listening, grounded presence, and years of experience supporting real change, not just insight.

Clients often say they feel both deeply seen and gently challenged. We do meaningful work together, and we leave room to breathe, laugh, and be human along the way.

  • There’s no preset formula here. Every coaching relationship is co created and tailored to the person in front of me, shaped through listening, curiosity, and responsiveness. I blend conversation with experiential practices like expressive arts, movement, nature, and reflection so growth isn’t just understood intellectually, it’s felt and embodied. The work is practical, soulful, and adaptable to real life.

  • Expressive arts uses creative processes like painting, writing, movement, sound, and imagery as tools for insight and self discovery. You don’t need to be “artistic” at all, the focus is on expression, not outcome. These practices help bypass overthinking and open access to deeper knowing, clarity, and emotional truth. Often, what’s hard to say in words becomes easier to see, feel, and understand through creative exploration.

  • Yes, because the work is designed for sustainability, not quick breakthroughs that fade. Clients leave with greater self trust, clearer boundaries, and practical tools they can return to again and again. The impact shows up in how they relate to themselves, their choices, and their lives long after our work together ends. Change becomes something they can access, not something they chase.

  • My coaching and mentoring works with anyone who feels a desire to explore growth edges whatever shape or size those may take. People arrive for many reasons; during transitions, moments of questioning, or even when things are going well but something feels ready to expand. You don’t need answers, a starting point or to even know the question, just a willingness to show up, explore honestly and see what’s possible. If you’re open to reflection, creativity, and meaningful growth this work is a great fit.
